Thank you for supporting Andi Faye Apothecary. Each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality.

Due to the personal nature of skincare, body care, soaps, teas, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumable items. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of all products we offer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@andifayeapothecary.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Approved claims may be resolved with:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund, when appropriate

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Because every individual’s skin and body may react differently to natural ingredients, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or personal preference regarding scent, texture, or product performance.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
